1. Shipping Information
RING MOUSE is committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services to all our customers. We currently offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the United States.
International shipping is not available for this special beta testing promotion at this time. We plan to expand our shipping options to international customers in the future.
2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes
All RING MOUSE orders are shipped via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier will be determined based on your location and delivery requirements.
Expected Delivery Timeline: As RING MOUSE is currently in the beta testing phase, all orders are expected to ship in May 2025. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's progress on the carrier's website.
If you haven't received your tracking information within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation, please contact our customer service team at shipping@ringmouse.com.
4. Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information during checkout. RING MOUSE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@ringmouse.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order processing has begun.
5. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with delivery, such as a lost or significantly delayed package, please contact our customer service team at shipping@ringmouse.com.
In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or other delivery issues, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
RING MOUSE is not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery confirmation. If you believe your package has been stolen, please contact your local law enforcement agency and the delivery carrier.
6. Customs and Import Duties
As we currently only ship within the United States for this promotion, customs and import duties are not applicable. When we expand to international shipping in the future, customers will be responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by their country.
7. Policy Updates
RING MOUSE reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the customer's responsibility to review our shipping policy periodically for any changes.
