Return & Cancellation Policy
1. Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your RING MOUSE purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
Please note that as RING MOUSE is part of a beta testing program, your feedback on why you're returning the product is highly valuable to us. While not required, we appreciate any insights you can provide to help us improve the product.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Complete with all accessories and components
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service at returns@ringmouse.com
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions
- Return the product in its original packaging with all accessories
- Ship the package using the provided return label
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The refund will include the full purchase price of the product. Shipping costs for the original delivery are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).
You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting our customer service at orders@ringmouse.com. Since RING MOUSE is a pre-order product with an expected delivery date of May 2025, you have ample time to cancel your order if needed.
If your order has already shipped, our standard return policy applies.
For cancelled orders, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@ringmouse.com. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging if possible.
We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. We may request that you return the damaged or defective item to us using a prepaid shipping label that we'll provide.
Our 90-day limited warranty covers manufacturing defects. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information about our warranty policy.
7. Beta Testing Program Considerations
As a participant in our beta testing program, you're receiving RING MOUSE at a significantly discounted price of $9.95 (compared to the regular price of $169). While our standard return policy applies, we encourage you to provide feedback on any issues you encounter before deciding to return the product.
